Many locations.
One system.

Run every site in your group from one place: a shared franchise page on your own domain, one menu with the exceptions each location needs, and billing kept separate per site.

Without a system it gets messy.

Two locations are still manageable by hand. At five the duplicated work, and the invoices, start to hurt.

Locations run separately

  • Every location runs a separate website
  • Guests cannot tell which site is nearest or still open
  • Branding drifts apart from location to location
  • No shared view of opening hours and availability
  • Every page has to be maintained by hand
  • Menu changes have to be repeated at each location
  • Revenue and invoices are hard to separate per site

Locations run on hfoods

  • One central page for the whole group
  • Locations sorted automatically by distance
  • One set of branding across every location
  • Live status of all sites on a single page
  • One admin panel for the whole group
  • Central menu with exceptions per location
  • Separate billing for every site, passed on if you wish

Everything a group needs.

From the shared domain to the invoice for a single site, everything sits in one admin panel.

Your own domain

The central franchise page runs on a domain you own, for example locations.your-brand.com.

Every location on one page

One branded page lists all your sites with their opening status and the order types they currently accept.

Automatic location selection

With the guest's permission the page sorts your sites by distance, so the nearest open location comes first.

Straight through to ordering

One tap on a location opens that site's own web shop, with its menu, its delivery area and its checkout.

Central menu management

Maintain one menu for the whole group. A change to a dish, a price or a category applies everywhere at once.

Exceptions per location

Individual sites can override prices, hide dishes or add their own items where local demand or costs differ.

Separate billing per location

Orders, revenue and payouts stay separate for every site, in the web shop and in the app. Costs can be passed on to the operator of each location.

Shared branding

Logo, colours, banner, favicon and background are set once and carry across the franchise page and every location.

One app or one app per site

Run a single group app in which guests pick their location, or give each site its own app for iOS and Android.

Live status per location

Open or closed, delivery, collection: the franchise page shows the current state of every site as it changes.

Flexible layout

Show your locations as a grid or as a list, with the logo in the navigation bar or centred above the page.

Configurable in the admin panel

Add or remove sites, reorder them, switch animations and distance display on or off, and edit your legal pages.

Your franchise page, in practice.

A single branded page carrying your logo and colours. Guests see at a glance which sites are open, how far away they are, and whether they deliver or take collection orders, then go straight to the shop for that location.

  • Your own domain, for example locations.your-brand.com
  • Locations sorted by distance from the guest
  • Image, GIF or video banner behind your logo
  • Grid or list layout, whichever suits your group
  • Works on phones, tablets and desktop

Questions about multiple locations

Menus, billing, apps and how new sites join the group.

You get one branded landing page on your own domain, for example locations.your-brand.com, listing every location in the group. Guests see which sites are open, how far away they are and which order types they accept, then tap through to that site's web shop or app. Logo, colours, banner and layout follow your branding.

Yes, and you decide how far that goes. You can maintain one menu centrally so a single change applies to every site at once, or treat each location separately with its own dishes, prices, extras and availability. A mix works too: a shared base menu plus local additions and price overrides per site.

Every location is billed separately, both in the web shop and in the app. Orders, revenue and payouts stay assigned to the site that took them, which keeps bookkeeping clean and lets you pass the cost of each location on to the partner who operates it.

No. You can publish one group app in which guests choose their location, or give each site its own app under its own name in the App Store and Google Play. Both routes are available for iOS and Android, and you can start with one and move to the other later.

The franchise page asks the guest for their location and, if they agree, sorts your sites by distance so the nearest open one appears first. Guests who decline still see the full list with opening status and order types, and can pick a location themselves.

Each location takes its own package, web shop or app shop, at a fixed monthly price. The central franchise page and its domain are included at no extra cost. There is no commission per order, no setup fee and no minimum term, and every location is cancellable monthly. Tell us how many locations you run and we will quote your price.

Yes. New sites are added from the admin panel: search for the restaurant, add it, and it appears on the franchise page. Locations can be deactivated or reordered the same way, so seasonal sites and openings are easy to handle.

hfoods is built for the German market today, so the franchise page, the web shops, the apps and the order terminal are in German for guests and staff. If your group operates elsewhere, talk to us and we will discuss what your market would need.
